You have lots of fun analogies, but I like this, like thinking of a person almost as like a light particle that can sort of choose its own path because it reduces the weight it reduces the mass of our choices to some extent, I want to share a little story that came up for me that I was reminded of when I was starting to think about the story of interbeing. And, also in Bali, we were talking earlier about – about being in Bali. I went up to the highlands there in the – it’s actually right at the edge of the botanic garden, where the sort of place where nobody can get to because the jungle is so dense.

There’s a tree: it’s 800, a thousand years old. And I had my first sort of magical experience touching the tree. And my Consciousness was projected to another part of the world. And what was expressed to me was this tree was like Hey, I’m worried about this forest in China that’s becoming a desert, and I think you need to look at your own relationship with nature. And I was almost given a mission by this magical tree to bring more people into nature – that it was like you need to remember that you are also nature.

Charles: Yes

Derek:

But the simple fact that a tree on this continent was worried about trees on a different continent – it was like I’m not worried about this jungle because we have all the water we need and like nobody comes here,. But it was like, this other place has me feeling sad. And I was like, first, the fact that a tree is communicating with me this way was unique to me. But then also the sense of like that time and space didn’t matter to the concern expressed here:

Charles:

Yeah like all the stuff, all this philosophy we’re talking about – interbeing, separation, and so forth – it pales in importance compared to the kind of experience you’re talking about right now.

What you described is, in a way. I always call it a medicine story. It reveals just how little we know about how this world actually works. If you ask somebody, how do we fix it, are they drawing on the kind of knowledge that that tree represents? Do they have that way of understanding what’s happening…

Like, how does that tree, first, for one thing, how does it communicate with you? How does it know what’s happening in China? There’s like a whole other intelligence network that operates on this Earth that is almost entirely invisible, not to human beings, but invisible to human beings who have been acculturated to the reductionistic force-based causality of modern science, and the built environment, the economic environment that goes along with it. And the technological environment, the screens, for example. All that stuff.

We become very perceptive in a certain way, our minds, our cognition, develop to a high degree in a certain way. And in that tunnel vision, we lose touch with so many other capacities that we can then rediscover as a gift from other species or even from other human beings who have not been so acculturated.

This maybe goes back to the Einstein quote, you know. If we’re going to transform, if we’re going to be part of a planetary transformation and healing, we have to access those other capacities: the things that are not valued or even acknowledged to exist in the world story that we’ve grown up in.

We have to learn how, it’s not only learning how to communicate with trees. We have to do it. We already actually know how. You can take the, you know, most urbanized noob out into the rainforest, and they can have a mystical experience like that. This is an innate human capacity. The key to it is to accept that it is possible. Once you accept that it is possible, then you’re going to try.

Like, I get information by watching and listening to geese.

They fly – there’s a lot of them here in Rhode Island. They fly overhead all the time and they’re honking. You know? But, now, why are they honking so much as they’re flying?

The Darwinian, reductionistic evolutionary, biologists would be like well, okay, why are they wasting all that energy? Flying is pretty tiring. Are they signaling dominance? Like, what are they doing? You know?

Other interpretations do not occur to that mind: that they are channeling the joy of life and they cannot hardly even contain it; that they love the sound of their voice and they love listening to each other. Like, there are so many things that we just don’t think of, and nor do we suspect that the pattern of their calls transmits information about where they have been and what they have heard and seen – that they are interwoven into the tapestry of all being.

So, you can listen to geese and observe geese and you will learn something about the world that you probably could not find out on the internet. You can watch fish in a pool. I mean, anything in nature. You can look at the waves on the shore and you will know something. Now, you might not be able to put it into words, but you will receive information and it might be like your experience with that tree.

You received information that made you know what to do. It transmitted: this is mine to do. Now, in this case, maybe your rational mind could have made sense of it. Well, forests are important, carbon sinks and we got to, you know, whatever.

Like your mind can make sense, but come on! That’s not what was happening. That was your mind’s justification of it, but that’s not where the information came from. That’s what we have to listen to. Why?

Because we have no freaking clue about how this world actually works or how to fix it. We cannot rely on the legacy knowledge systems that we’re operating in mostly right now.

We have to go to those other places. And it doesn’t mean that you, all of a sudden become inactive, and you’re spending all your time watching geese. It’s the contrary. You become more decisive and you can’t even explain it to anybody else. Why am I now going to China, or why am I now doing this thing?

You can’t necessarily explain it, because the terms of explanation are foreign to that way of thinking. The only explanation you could be, you could say: go spend a couple of hours watching, geese and you’ll understand.

That’s not an explanation. It’s an induction into a field of knowledge.

  7. Significance of Synchronicity: The LCS isn’t necessarily interested in minor everyday details, like saving money or ensuring timely arrivals. Instead, it’s more concerned with providing experiences that affirm its existence and its partnership with the individual on their journey of growth. This understanding of the system’s support can be empowering and reassuring.
  8. System’s Motivation: The LCS is motivated to assist individuals because their success also benefits the system. When an individual lowers their entropy (a state of disorder or randomness), the system’s entropy is likewise reduced because the individual is a part of it. The ultimate goal of the LCS is to foster growth and success, and it supports individuals who are actively working towards these goals.

  3. Doing: Clear emphasizes the importance of practice. Instead of focusing on the goal or finish line, one should concentrate on ‘putting the reps in’. He advocates optimizing for the starting line, i.e., making it as easy as possible to get started, rather than the finish line. The outcomes, he argues, will naturally follow.
  4. Liking: The fourth stage focuses on the reward. Clear says we repeat behaviors because we enjoy them; if the process isn’t enjoyable, we’re unlikely to stick with it. Since rewards for good habits are often delayed, Clear suggests finding ways to bring rewards into the present moment. He recommends simple methods like tracking progress on a wall calendar, providing immediate satisfaction and motivation to continue.

Clear then introduces the concept of identity change. He explains that every action you take is a vote for the kind of person you want to become. Habits, therefore, are a way to change our identities over time. Every time you practice a habit, you reinforce the identity associated with that habit.

To illustrate his point, Campbell sets up a hypothetical experiment involving two groups of 100,000 people each with identical resources. One group is the “love group,” which operates with cooperation, caring, and sharing, while the other group is the “fear-based group,” which operates in a world of mistrust, selfishness, and protection of personal resources.

After ten years, the love group would have built a more functional society with lower entropy, while the fear-based group would be full of dysfunction, high entropy, noise, and violence. The love group’s cooperative and caring approach optimizes the potential of its members, enabling them to work together to achieve more than they would individually.

Gregg Braden: There’s a Battle for Your Humanness… Claim Your Divinity and Break Free From Ancient Shackles of FEAR

Greg Braden here. Over the last few days, I’ve had a lot of requests asking me to comment on a lot of things happening in the world today, everything from the war in Ukraine to climate change, to American politics, to global Politics to Donald Trump – I mean you name it. All of these are important and I don’t want to detract in any way from the significance of these events in our lives, because they’re real, they impact of our all of our lives.

My concern is that so many of the requests, the way they are being worded and the way they come to my office, some of them come to me directly. They tell me that many people are allowing these events to become diversions and distractions in their lives, diversions, and distractions that keep them from the focus of the really really big event that is happening in our lives and in our world today. And that’s what I want to talk to you about.

The Battle for Our Thoughts

You know, we all know, there’s a battle for our thoughts. That’s no secret! There are very few independent, mainstream media in the world today. American Media, all the different news networks and stations are owned by about six corporations that collaborate to create narratives and the languaging to support those narratives – down to the words and the phrases that we hear day in and day out.

I was in a hotel room recently. It had a television. I don’t have a television in my home and in Northern New Mexico – we can’t get a signal. But in the hotel, I was flipping through the channels, and I was just blown away at how similar the languaging was. I mean one topic would come up and they would be exactly the same words exactly the same phrases – whether it was liberal media or conservative media or what some people call publicly funded or independent media.

The Battle for Our Beliefs and Our Bodies

So we know there’s a battle for our thoughts and that’s no secret. There’s a battle for our beliefs, obviously. What do we believe about climate change? You know, is it real, is it not? Is it human-induced? Is it a natural rhythm of the Earth?  What do we believe about the origins of the universe, about the origins of our lives, of the human species?

There’s a battle for our bodies, and that has become very apparent over the last few years. What does it take to get healthy? What does it take to stay healthy? And where’s our relationship to our bodies in terms of society? Do we have the sovereign right to determine what goes into our bodies, or is it a community decision based on what’s best for the community? We haven’t answered that question, and it’s still an ongoing question. All these things are important.

The Battle for Our Humanness: The Transhuman Agenda

 But, there’s a deeper battle, an even deeper battle. There’s a battle for our very humanness, and I’ve talked about this on a number of our videos. There’s a battle for our biology that is going on right now. The movement that is called the transhuman movement has really brought this to the forefront: the belief that we are a flawed species, that by the nature of our existence, we are flawed.

And among those flaws are things like our emotions, the cloud, the logic and the choices and decisions we make. Even the way that we conceive life is considered in some scientific circles to be inefficient.

The Pursuit of Perfection: Whose Idea of Perfection Are We Using?

You know why risk a natural conception when you can gene engineer an embryo to be precisely the way that you want that in embryo to be – the perfection that you see.

And the question becomes, whose idea of perfection are we using? What eye color, what hair color, fast twitch muscles, slow twitch muscles for athletic performance, high IQ, low IQ.  All of that all of those things are happening and they’re all important. My concern is that even those have become a diversion to something that’s even deeper, and this is what I want to talk to you about right now.

Defining Divinity Beyond Religion: Transcending Perceived Human Limitations

It is a battle for your divinity. And I want to define divinity because many people link the word divinity with religion – in some respect. The very core of the definition of divinity simply says our ability to transcend perceived human limitations. That’s what divinity is. It has nothing to do with religion.I can see where religions would wrap their ideas, their dogma around this principle, because we are presented with religious figures that have done just that: that have transcended the perceived limitations.

Now think about this definition. First of all, transcend means not just to survive, not just to get by, but to thrive, to become more than the limitations that we have placed upon ourselves in the past. Perceived is just that as well. It doesn’t mean those limitations are real. It means it’s the way we feel about those limitations – the limitations that we have been programmed to accept. Our divinity is the part of us; it’s a part of you that has always been there. It cannot be taken from you. You cannot have your divinity taken from you.

Now, it doesn’t mean that you’re always in touch with your divinity, because you can deny your divinity through free will. Certainly, you have the right and you have the ability to deny the divine providence that lives within the cells of your body. This is the part of you that knows things without being taught: deep intuition. This is the part of you that draws from some mysterious and unseen source and brings forth into this world beauty and creations of music and art and sculpture and dance and movement and words, that writes the books, that creates the films and the movies, that share the ideas. That is all something beyond your biology.

The Importance of Preserving Your Divinity in a Technological World

Here’s the thing: you access your divinity through your biology, the DNA within your body, and the neurons in your heart that we now know are there since 1991, when they were discovered and the neurons in your brain. These are the antenna, if you will. You can think of them as a biological antenna that literally are tuning into a resonant field. They’re resonant antennae linking you to information, to energy that you then transceive into your creations in the world today.

Your divinity cannot be taken from you, but you can deny it. Also, your divinity can be can be masked through technology if you begin replacing your biology with synthetic materials, with polymers, with chemicals. If you begin replacing the systems of your body, the natural biology of your body, your immune system, for example, with artificial technology that tries to replicate your immune system, that will make it very difficult for you to access that information, to access your divinity in that way. It can be programmed out of you.

Distorted Science and False Perceptions Are Keeping You From Realizing Your Divinity

Society, your family, your beliefs, your culture, education, science that has been hijacked by other interests, science that has been hijacked by corporations, science, that’s been hijacked by religion, science that’s been hijacked by politics where data is cherry-picked and presented as authoritative, but it’s taken out of context. And you begin to believe and hinge your sense of self upon that false science or that distorted science. That can keep you from your divinity as well.

And the beauty of all the things I’m saying to you is that when you remove the lies and you remove the distortion and you remove the false perceptions, all that remains is your divinity. It’s not something that you have to chase and learn how to become, because it’s already you, it’s your nature. When you remove everything that’s not true, all that’s left is your divinity.

Embracing Your Divinity Amidst Fear and Uncertainty in the World

Now, why is this so important right now? And the reason is why I’m sharing this with you. All of those diversions that people are asking me to comment on. And once again, I do comment on some of those in the other videos. I’m not denying their significance and the role they play in our lives, I’m simply inviting you to have a perspective where those things out there in the world don’t distract you from the deep truth of who you are and the fact that there’s a battle for your divinity, because when you embrace your divinity, you will not live in the fear that makes you vulnerable to other people’s ideas about what your life should look like, what society should look like, and what the world should look like. And that’s exactly what’s happening right now.

How Fear and Giving Away Your Power Can Endanger Your Freedom

All of these things going on are creating fear and uncertainty in your life and in my life, we’re in this together. I’m part of this. They create fear and uncertainty. And if your sense of well-being is hinged upon the external world and that world is full of fear and uncertainty, that makes you vulnerable to other people’s ideas, because in your fear you will say just make it better. Just make it better.

And there is no shortage of organizations of technology of politics out there that are more than willing to come sweeping in to meet and honor your request. They say you want us to make it better, we’ve got a great deal for you. All you’ve got to do is give away some freedoms and we’re going to make your life very safe and very easy. We’ve seen this in history before. We’ve seen it for hundreds of years, and we’ve seen it in many, many nations. When we give our power away to those who promise US safety and protection, including our divinity, when we do that, that is the beginning of the end of the freedoms. That’s the beginning of the end of the dreams, of the visions of the kind of world that you and I know is possible.

Winning the Battle is Without a Fight as a Fully Empowered Human

Your divinity, the battle for your divinity, the beautiful thing about this is the way to win the battle is without a fight. You don’t have to fight for your divinity. By simply living the deep truth of who you are, by simply becoming the best version of yourself, you have won that battle without a fight, because you have become the very thing that the powers that be fear the most. You have become a fully empowered human. And in the presence of a fully empowered human, you are not susceptible to fear.

You will not be susceptible to the fear of a collapsing financial system, which is happening right now, a collapsing banking system that’s happening right now. You won’t be susceptible to the fear that is being lodged into your heart and your mind, or your hearts and your minds through the distortion and the lies about what’s happening in the climate. Yes, the climate is changing. As a geologist, I can tell you that. We’ve got all kinds of videos out there. And it’s not for the reasons you think. And it is not the most extreme that we’ve ever seen in the history of the world – far, far from it.

Adapting to Natural Rhythms: Overcoming Climate Change Challenges

The world has been in a much better place because of the climate changes that we’ve seen in the past. The problem is that we have built our lives assuming that climate is static. We have built in places and in ways that don’t work with the changing climate. So, as we begin to adapt to the natural rhythms, the climate becomes less of a problem for us. And I know that’s a very, very different way of thinking.

The Climate Change Narrative Is Designed to Keep Us All in Fear

Again now, check the playlist in this YouTube channel that’s called “Science, Policy, and Politics. So the videos are broken down. There are random videos that are posted daily, but there are also playlists. There’s a playlist. It’s called “Science, Policy, and Politics (SPP).” And you can go back and see the science of carbon dioxide. You can see, see the science of the temperatures. You can see the science of the rhythms from a geologic perspective. And it does not fit the narrative that you and I are being told today because the narrative that we’re being told today is designed to keep us in fear.

That’s only possible because we’ve forgotten who we are because we’ve lost our divinity. In the presence of our divinity, we have deep insight. We have intuition. We know what’s true for us. We know what’s true for our families. We know and trust in the intelligence of our bodies in the presence of contagions that are either natural or human design, which is precisely what you and I have been dealing with for the last few years.

We Are Dealing With An Artificial (Man-made) Contagion

In the scientific community, there’s no doubt that we’re dealing with an artificial contagion that was not a product of some random process in nature. The genetic maps actually show where the genes have been edited and where they’ve been changed. That’s no question in the scientific community; it’s not a problem in the scientific community. It’s a huge problem for politics. It’s a huge problem for international relations. And you and I are subject to all of that.

Overcoming Fear and Tackling Climate Change as a Global Family

So as we deal with this as a global family (and this is what we are), as we deal with this as brothers and sisters… Yes, we need to deal with what’s happening out there, but I’m going to invite you please bear in mind that you’re not what you’ve been told, you’re much more than you’ve been led to believe. All kinds of information, my work, and other people’s work out there are telling you that in so many different ways, it is all coming under this umbrella of your divinity, your ability to transcend perceived human limitations. And we begin to think and live from the perspective of our divinity and we lose our fear. This is what breaks the bonds and the shackles of fear that hold us captive. They keep us stuck in this, this ancient cycle of fear and control.

There’s a New World Emerging and You’re Here For the Show

I don’t know about you. I have thought about this a lot recently and we’ve talked about this. It’s no ordinary time in the history of our world, certainly in the history of our civilization, for many, many reasons. There’s a new world emerging. That world’s not here yet. And, if you’re living in this world right now, what that tells me is that you’re here for this very show. You’re here for the show of the new world. It also tells me that you’re probably thinking like I am in the following respect:

Let’s Not Carry the Hurt and Suffering From This World Into the New World

In the new world that’s emerging, we don’t want to carry the ancient hurt from the world that you and I have known in our lives. We don’t want to carry the suffering. We don’t want to carry the hate into that new world. For that hate and suffering and hurt to stop, it takes one generation. One generation has to heal the generational, hurt that precedes us for hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of generations, thousands of years.

Healing Generational Hurt and Breaking the Cycle of Atrocities

That is our opportunity right now. The only way that we can heal the generational hurt and offer a new world to our children, where they don’t have to suffer, and they don’t have to succumb to the atrocities and the distortions that have created the world that you and I have known, the only way to do that is for you and I to come to terms with that – to heal it in our lifetimes.

And so people tell me all the time they say well, I’m too old to have children, so I’m not going affect that next generation. It goes beyond that. Certainly, it is possible to heal generational fear biologically so that when you conceive that the DNA is no longer predisposed to the fear from the previous generation, that’s epigenetics. That’s very well known.

Healing Generational Hurt by Accepting and Embracing Our Divinity

But even beyond that, in the field energetically, when we heal that hurt for ourselves and our families and our loved ones and our lives, what we’re doing is we’re actually creating a balance in resonance in the field so that the DNA, the antenna of the DNA, the antenna of the genes, the antenna of the neurons in our heart and our brain, those resonant antenna, we’re giving those antennas something new to tune into that transcends the hurt and the suffering of the past. And in this way, we have the opportunity to heal this generational hurt. We do this by accepting and embracing our divinity.

How to Love Yourself Enough and Live the Deep Truth of Your Divinity

So, once again, nothing to do with religion has all to do with accepting the deep truth of our existence and who we are – what it means to be fully human. And I think, perhaps, for the first time in a very long time, we’re discovering that for ourselves, The question is: do we love ourselves enough? Do we love ourselves enough? Do you love yourself enough to embrace your divinity and live the deep truth of your divinity in your everyday life?

And the answer to that question is in the choices that you make every moment of every day, in the way that you treat yourself, and the way that you treat other people, how you speak to them, how you honor them with kindness, how you honor them with truth, how you honor them with love.

Transcend the Battle for Your Humanness by Becoming the Best Version of Yourself

And that’s all I wanted to say to you today. So I want to thank you for taking a few moments. Sharing a little bit of your day with me today, I’m just going to invite you to think about this. Think about this as you go about your day. And ask yourself, how can I embrace the deep truth of my existence, my divinity and make someone else’s day a little bit better.

And I think, as you begin to answer that for yourself, what you find is the world around you begins to look very, very different. And this is how we transcend this battle, not fight, but how we transcend the battle for our humanness, the battle for our divinity, simply by becoming the best version of ourselves, so we can create the best world possible.

Two Tools to Increase Your Quality of Life: Release and Restore

Why do some people flourish and others diminish during difficult times?

The answer is in the word difficult. How you perceive the environment around you has everything to do with how you deal with uncomfortable, trying times.

When you embrace the idea that everything is energy and that you are part of the field, then you can begin to break free of notions that control you. As an energetic being, you have the ability to raise your energetic frequency.  When your frequency raises, so does your self-worth, your inner peace, contentment, thus your overall healthy view of living increases.

How does one recognize and receive an upgrade in energy?

There are many ways, yet some are more powerful and thus offer a fast track to increase one’s quality of life.

Two powerful tools are these:

1.  Objectivity.  Release the hold that people, places and things have over you.

2. Love.  Restore your original birthright of harmony and purity.

Begin by…

realizing the electric frequency of your heart is greater than your brain.  Know there is a super highway that runs between the two and when you trust your heart to lead your brain, freedom is soon to follow.  One of the most powerful prisons in existence, is in our mind. By limiting our experiences, this prison keeps us small and powerless.

The first step to freedom is recognizing you are a prisoner. How? Ask yourself, do you feel trapped or ineffective? Do feel a deep loss, of yourself or home? These are signs of imprisonment.

Our difficult days are actually a war zone for control over our hearts and minds. We may not physically hear bombs or see trains carrying prisoners, however they exist in a very subtle form. So subtle that one gets trapped before they realize the snare is before them. Those that walk, while practicing self-development are less likely to fall victim, the snares seldom capture the very self aware individual.

It’s not too late

…to free your mind and be liberated.  Know this: You have within the most powerful force available. It is your heart. Written into your DNA is a code for truth. This code equals peace, contentment and unconditional love for self and others.  Believe this. Trust this. Know this. Allow your heart to retrain your brain. As this occurs the programs that try to run your life fall away. It really is this simple, all that is needed is a willingness to develop what is already within you. There is nothing to fear, your heart is pure.

Please know, I can only write of my own experience of self-development, wholeness, healing.  I live healthy and free.

there are those that teach scientific methods that can be followed for achieving health and freedom.  Kelly Brogan, MD is such a soul.  She has a busy practice that can reach only a certain amount of people, however her books are effective. You like how new preferences are born continually within you? You like knowing that the universe is all queued up to give you the full manifestation, fruition, completion, accomplishment, see it, hear it, smell it, taste it, touch it, of anything that life has helped you to define that you want. You like knowing that?

If only you believed it. Well, if this time-space reality has the wherewithal to help you to identify a desire, then this time-space reality and all who are involved in it have the ability to yield to you, to reveal to you, to offer to you a steady trail, a path, a path that you must find, a way to be the path of non-resistance, a path of steady unfolding, delicious, comfortable, fun-filled, winding, twisting, turning, adventurous, enjoyable, satisfying, and fulfilling path. And we think sometimes that what hangs you up is you would like a quick, direct path.

“Just get me over there because I’m unhappy over here,” you say. The thing about that is you can’t get to happy over there from unhappy over here, because unhappy over here has your attention. And, your attention has you offering a vibration, and the vibration that you’re offering, if it doesn’t match where you want to go, won’t take you there.

Oh, the path continues to unfold, and all of us who are aware of you, who know who you are, who know what you’re asking for, who know who you have vibrationally become, you see, we understand how the contrast of life has caused you to identify the specifics of who you are and what you want, where you want to be, how you want to feel, how you want to live. All of that is known.

Our attention, the attention of your inner being, the attention of all that is non-physical, the attention, if you will, of something that you say all the time and you don’t even know what it means: the powers that be, the energy that creates worlds. The attention, this benevolent, loving energy force supporting you, uplifting you, knowing you, and most of all, knowing right where you stand, right here, right now, in relationship to who you have become.

So, you came into this body, but all of you didn’t come. A part of the consciousness, the consciousness that is you, a part of the consciousness that is you, focused here in this physical body. But the larger part of the consciousness that is you remains non-physically focused in that stable, non-resistant place. So when life causes you to know what you don’t want, which causes you to launch a rocket of desire about what you do want, the larger part of you is in on all of that.

In other words, in this deciphering of who you are and where you are going process, source is in on all of that. So you’re launching these rockets, and you are vibrationally becoming. The reason that we want to point out that you are vibrationally becoming is because everything is a vibration before it is a manifestation. Everything is a vibration before it can be interpreted through your physical senses.

And there are lots of ways that you interpret vibration through your physical senses: what you’re seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, and touching. All of that is vibrational interpretation. You’re just really good at it, so good you don’t even realize that you’re doing it. But everything, hear this, everything about the reality that you know as your reality, everything that you are seeing in this world and living in this world, you and everyone else around you, every bit of it, is a realization of vibration.

So, what we’re really talking about is interpretation. What we’re really talking about is your readiness to see what’s always being revealed to you, because the path of least resistance, the path of most abundance, the path of most fulfillment, the path of most fun, the path of most adventure, the path of most you, who you really are, that path is always, always projected, with such clarity from those like us who know who you are, who know what you want, who knows where you are in relationship to what you want.

The question is: are you in the receptive mode? Are you in the receptive mode of the clear path?

And the answer to that is a variable. And it just doesn’t vary from person to person. It varies within you from day to day, from moment to moment, and you can tell what your receptivity, what your receptive mode is about, by the way you feel. Your mood is your receptive mode indicator.

So if you’re discouraged, if you’re bummed out, if you’re depressed, if you are feeling like a victim, if you’re feeling like other people are doing things to you and preventing you from getting what you want or having what you want or being who you want to be, then you’ve got a vibration going on that is the reason that your path isn’t lighting up for you in a clearer way.

And clarity, clarity really is what you’re shooting for. You know what it feels like when you can’t make your mind up about something. Should I or shouldn’t I? That split energy is the most uncomfortable experience of all experiences. Split energy -wanting it and doubting it, that’s split energy. Wanting it, but not believing that I can have it. Wanting it and resenting other people who have it. Wanting it and feeling, feeling without it – that’s split energy.

So, then you often say to us with your words and with your vibration, “Well, Abraham.” Isn’t it logical that if I want it and I don’t have it, some part of me must be aware that I don’t have it?” And we say, “Yes, the part of you that’s keeping you from getting it.”

“But, Abraham, I want it, and I don’t have it. Do you want me to look stupid?”

Yeah?

“Do you want me to pretend I have it when I don’t?”

Yeah.

“You want me to act as if I have things I don’t have?”

Yes. We want you to find the feeling place of what you want, which means you’ve got to find some way of conjuring it. But if you just stop beating the drum of not having it, that would be enough.

You don’t have to proclaim things you don’t have. It’s hard on you in your society. But it would be helpful if you would stop pointing out what’s missing all the time. Because when you’re pointing out what’s missing from your life that you want, you keep what’s missing active in your vibration, and you prevent it from coming.

So you’ve got this push-pull going on, or this pull-push thing going on. “I want it, but…” So you call it, you prevent it. You call it, you prevent it. You ask for it, then you don’t allow yourself to see it.

And because you don’t allow yourself to see it, these are the words we really want you to hear: you sometimes don’t allow yourself to see it. You don’t allow yourself to see it.

Somebody else isn’t preventing you from seeing it. Somebody else isn’t withholding it from you. Someone else is not standing there as the obstacle that you make them out to be. Now, we know how it feels that they are the obstacle because before they were there, you didn’t feel so bad. Before you started tripping over them, you didn’t feel so bad.

But until you accept that you are completely responsible for your receptivity, you’re not responsible for what other people do. And other people do a lot of really dumb things. There are other people doing things out there that if you all took a vote, most of you would vote they shouldn’t ought to, kind of sort of be doing that. They haven’t ought to be doing that.

In other words, we get it that there are people doing things that you don’t like. And we’re not saying that you should like them.

But we are saying you must stop making those conditions over which you have no control be such a big part of your attention because your attention to what you do not want holds you in a resistant state and keeps you – and this is the operative word – out of the receptive mode.

And if you’re out of the receptive mode, then it doesn’t matter how many clues we’re given. “Hey, it’s over there. Go this way. Go over there. You’ll like what you find.”

“Tell me what it is, or I won’t go.” That’s how you act.

“Okay, I’ll play your silly… I’ll pay the price of happiness if I have to.”

So, what we want you to accept and words don’t teach, only life experience gives you understanding. What we want you to come to accept is that you live in a vibrational universe, and that the powerful Law of Attraction manages all of the vibrations. And that you are a focusing mechanism. Therefore, you are a vibrational being. And, therefore, you are offering a steady vibrational frequency, nd the universe is responding to the frequency that you are offering.

So, there are two ways that you can tell what’s coming: by the way you feel and then, a little later on, by what came.

So, if you have got stuff in your life that you don’t want, you have got some cleaning up to do. But what it really is, we don’t want you to dig into yourself and figure out what you’re doing that is wrong, because all that does is practice that frequency longer.

What we want you to do is find things that feel good to focus upon. We want you to tune yourself to the frequency of who you really are, little by little. And we want to say to you, let yourself off the hook because Law of Attraction is not going to let you get very far from how you feel. Because how you feel is, as a result, of what you’ve been offering. And there is a momentum already underway.

You know about momentum, don’t you? If you get moving in a direction and momentum is happening, you’re not going to stop all of a sudden, and if you do, it’s a problem; it’s a brick wall or a tree or a cliff.

In other words, you really don’t want to stop momentum suddenly, but you do want to get your momentum moving in the direction of what you are wanting. And it is possible, at the same time that you have momentum going in the direction of things unwanted, you can begin momentum in the direction of things wanted. And that’s something that we want to emphasize with you in a strong way here today.

You are Source energy in physical bodies, and you have a strong momentum of well-being going before you came into these physical bodies. That’s a powerful momentum. That momentum will carry you on into eternity. That’s the vibration that is really who you are. It is a vibration of well-being. And you can tap into it anytime you choose to with a little bit of attention and a little bit of desire to feel good. And some willingness to do whatever it takes to feel good.

You cannot be a sloppy thinker. You can’t just be one who runs around and observes what is and comments about it. Because that will keep your vibration all over the place. It will cause you to activate within yourself on a daily basis so many contradictory vibrations that you never really get a bead on your path of least resistance.

Your path of least resistance is being offered to you, but you can’t find it because you’re swirling in the confusion of all of the things that you are randomly focused upon. And that’s because we love you so much. You know what’s coming next after we say that.

That’s because you are such avid observers of what is. Somebody has convinced you that the reality of what is, is what matters. And we say, that’s old news. What is, is old news. What is, is old news.

But as you keep focusing on what is, talking about it, blogging about it, joining chat rooms about it, talking to your girlfriends about it, or your boyfriends about it, or anybody about it, as you talk about what is, you just hold yourself in that holding pattern where what you prefer cannot be seen by you.

Oh, it’s being revealed to you. Oh, the path is there for you. All kinds of forces are moving things into place.

We love you so much, but it seems so odd to us with all of the obvious signs that you do not see them, because you’re not in the receptive mode. You’re looking for trouble rather than a solution, you’re looking for a problem rather than a solution, and you’re amplifying questions rather than accepting answers.

And of course, you’re not doing this all the time. There is so much in your world that is working well, but you know what? A lot that is working well is working well for the same reasons that a lot is not working well. In other words, if there’s something good, you observe it and more good comes. If there’s something not good, you observe it and more bad comes in. In other words, you’re sort of observing – you’re observing reality. And what you came here to do was to create reality.

Not one of you said: “I’ll go see what they got going on. I’ll sort it out: that’s a bad thing, that’s a bad thing. I’ll sort reality into piles, good things, bad things, Democrats, Republicans, good things, bad things, good things, bad things, good things, bad things.”

And we say, in your sorting process, you make yourself a vibrational match to all of it. And then you keep getting all of it. And so what you want to do is care about how you feel.

“I Have a Dream” is a 17-minute speech by Martin Luther King, Jr. in which he called for racial equality and an end to discrimination. The speech, delivered to over 200,000 civil rights supporters, on August 28, 1963 from the steps of the Lincoln Memorial during the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom, was a defining moment of the American Civil Rights Movement.

Dr. King’s speech was ranked the top American speech of the 20th century by a 1999 poll of scholars of public address. According to U.S. Representative John Lewis, who also spoke that day as the President of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee, “Dr. King had the power, the ability, and the capacity to transform those steps on the Lincoln Memorial into a monumental area that will forever be recognized. By speaking the way he did, he educated, he inspired, he informed not just the people there, but people throughout America and unborn generations.”

“I am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation. [Applause]

Five score years ago, a great American, in whose symbolic shadow we stand signed the Emancipation Proclamation. This momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of Negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. It came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of captivity.

But one hundred years later, we must face the tragic fact that the Negro is still not free. One hundred years later, the life of the Negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. One hundred years later, the Negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. One hundred years later, the Negro is still languishing in the corners of American society and finds himself an exile in his own land. So we have come here today to dramatize an appalling condition.

In a sense we have come to our nation’s capital to cash a check. When the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the declaration of Independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every American was to fall heir. This note was a promise that all men would be guaranteed the inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

It is obvious today that America has defaulted on this promissory note insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, America has given the Negro people a bad check which has come back marked “insufficient funds.” But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. So we have come to cash this check — a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice. We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind America of the fierce urgency of now. This is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. Now is the time to open the doors of opportunity to all of God’s children. Now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood.

It would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment and to underestimate the determination of the Negro. This sweltering summer of the Negro’s legitimate discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. Nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. Those who hope that the Negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual. There will be neither rest nor tranquility in America until the Negro is granted his citizenship rights. The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.

But there is something that I must say to my people who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice. In the process of gaining our rightful place we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. Let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred.

We must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. We must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. Again and again we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force. The marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the Negro community must not lead us to distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny and their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom. We cannot walk alone.

And as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall march ahead. We cannot turn back. There are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, “When will you be satisfied?” We can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. We cannot be satisfied as long as the Negro’s basic mobility is from a smaller ghetto to a larger one. We can never be satisfied as long as a Negro in Mississippi cannot vote and a Negro in New York believes he has nothing for which to vote. No, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until justice rolls down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream.

I am not unmindful that some of you have come here out of great trials and tribulations. Some of you have come fresh from narrow cells. Some of you have come from areas where your quest for freedom left you battered by the storms of persecution and staggered by the winds of police brutality. You have been the veterans of creative suffering. Continue to work with the faith that unearned suffering is redemptive.

Go back to Mississippi, go back to Alabama, go back to Georgia, go back to Louisiana, go back to the slums and ghettos of our northern cities, knowing that somehow this situation can and will be changed. Let us not wallow in the valley of despair.

I say to you today, my friends, that in spite of the difficulties and frustrations of the moment, I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream.

I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: “We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal.”

I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Georgia the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slave owners will be able to sit down together at a table of brotherhood.

I have a dream that one day even the state of Mississippi, a desert state, sweltering with the heat of injustice and oppression, will be transformed into an oasis of freedom and justice.

I have a dream that my four children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.

I have a dream today.

I have a dream that one day the state of Alabama, whose governor’s lips are presently dripping with the words of interposition and nullification, will be transformed into a situation where little black boys and black girls will be able to join hands with little white boys and white girls and walk together as sisters and brothers.

I have a dream today.

I have a dream that one day every valley shall be exalted, every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, and the crooked places will be made straight, and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together.

This is our hope. This is the faith with which I return to the South. With this faith we will be able to hew out of the mountain of despair a stone of hope. With this faith we will be able to transform the jangling discords of our nation into a beautiful symphony of brotherhood. With this faith we will be able to work together, to pray together, to struggle together, to go to jail together, to stand up for freedom together, knowing that we will be free one day.

This will be the day when all of God’s children will be able to sing with a new meaning, “My country, ’tis of thee, sweet land of liberty, of thee I sing. Land where my fathers died, land of the pilgrim’s pride, from every mountainside, let freedom ring.”

And if America is to be a great nation this must become true. So let freedom ring from the prodigious hilltops of New Hampshire. Let freedom ring from the mighty mountains of New York. Let freedom ring from the heightening Alleghenies of Pennsylvania!

Let freedom ring from the snowcapped Rockies of Colorado!

Let freedom ring from the curvaceous peaks of California!

But not only that; let freedom ring from Stone Mountain of Georgia!

Let freedom ring from Lookout Mountain of Tennessee!

Let freedom ring from every hill and every molehill of Mississippi. From every mountainside, let freedom ring.

When we let freedom ring, when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of God’s children, black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual, “Free at last! free at last! Thank God Almighty, we are free at last!”

Thus, it is not the illusion that disappears after awakening to the truth of the nature of reality, it is the ignorance — ignoring the one reality and imagining it is two: self and other, seer and seen.

Don’t try to break the illusion down, try to break the ignorance down. As long as we are alive, and embodied, we experience the world through the senses. It will always appear as a multiplicity and diversity of objects and selves at a distance from ourself. The appearance remains, but your interpretation of the appearance changes as the old model of subject-object, self and other, is replaced with this new model of unity and oneness — that all is the one shared being. Once you have that understanding, you look back at the world and see through the appearance. The appearance doesn’t change, but it becomes transparent. The world is not what we see, it is the way we see.

TRANSCRIPT:

Q. Hi Rupert. I wanted to ask three things. And the first is about deepening the understanding through the tantric path. It seems in my experience that certain glimpses are stronger than others – that sometimes I understand the understanding much much deeper. And this happens when often I’m exploring the senses. And one thing I found difficulty in is that certain senses are harder to examine than others. So, for instance, sensations seem to be clearer, and then hearing slightly more difficult. But when it gets to sight and then thoughts, it seems much harder.

So I’m wondering why are these different senses seem to be more difficult to examine and how to approach deepening this examination of them?

Rupert Spira:  The reason that seeing is probably the most difficult of the senses to explore is because the illusion of otherness, the illusion of duality, is at its most persuasive in the experience of seeing.

It’s relatively easy to close your eyes, give your attention to the experience of hearing and realize, and understand experientially that all there is to hearing is knowing, is consciousness.

It’s more difficult with seeing because seeing seems to divide reality into two parts: a subject that sees, and a world at a distance from ourselves that is seen. So the illusion of separation, Maya, is at its most persuasive when it appears to us through the faculty of seeing. And one thing that’s important to understand is that the actual experience of seeing doesn’t change.

If the Buddha was sitting here with us now Meister Eckhart, or Ramana Maharshi – they would be seeing exactly the same appearance as we would. It’s not the illusion that disappears. It’s the ignorance that disappears. What do I mean by ignorance? I don’t mean stupidity. I mean ignorance in the sense of ignoring the one reality, imagining that it is two: self and other, seer and seen.

So it’s not important for the experience of seeing to change. What’s important is for the concepts that we superimpose onto the experience of seeing to dissolve through understanding.

What we experience as the world is a relationship between two aspects of the one whole, the one reality locates itself as a viewpoint that is each of us. And the interaction of this viewpoint in the one reality and the rest of the reality appears from the perspective of this viewpoint, this finite mind, as the universe.

So what we know of the world is an interaction between these two segments of reality. They’re not really two separate segments. The finite mind, this viewpoint, is just a localization of the one, made of the one, appearing in the one, from whose point of view it interacts with the unlocalized aspect of itself. And it’s the interaction between these two elements that create the appearance of the world.

It doesn’t create the reality of the world. The reality of the world is there before it is perceived. But it appears as the world when it is perceived: half created, half perceived.

Q. And how might one go about breaking this illusion down through sight or through = thoughts?

Rupert Spira: Don’t try to break the illusion down. Try to break the ignorance down. The illusion remains. As long as we are alive, and embodied, we experience the world through the senses. It will always appear as a multiplicity and diversity of objects and cells at a distance from ourselves. Don’t try to break down the illusion. The illusion remains. It’s the ignorance that goes. So the appearance remains, but your interpretation of the appearance changes.

From a conventional point of view, the way we interpret this appearance of the world is that I, this little package of consciousness, is temporary and finite. It was generated by my brain and lives just behind my eyes. And everything that it knows or perceives is separate from and other than myself. That’s the conventional interpretation of this appearance. What changes is the interpretation, not the appearance.

So I’ve just given you a new interpretation of this appearance. The appearance remains intact, but this new interpretation replaces the old model of subject, object, self and other. With this model of unity, of oneness, shared being. Then, once you have that understanding you look back at the world and you see through the appearance. The appearance doesn’t change, but it becomes transparent.

Previously you just saw the landscape in the movie, which was a multiplicity and diversity of objects. There seemed to be ten thousand things in the movie. Now you see through the landscape. You see the one screen. What enables you to do that? This new understanding.

So, it’s as if the appearance of the world is normally opaque. We think there are 10 000 things there. And with this understanding, the same appearance simply becomes transparent. We see, so to speak, through it. Remember the 16th century English poet George Herbert:

“Teach me my God and King in all things Thee to see. And what I do in anything to do it as for thee. A man may look on glass, on it stay his eye; Or, if he pleaseth, through it pass, and then may heaven espie.”

A man or person may look at the world and see ten thousand things. Or if they please, they can see through that appearance, and then may heaven espie. That is the ultimate reality of the universe. This life’s dim windows of the soul distorts the heavens from pole to pole and leads us to believe a lie when we see with, not through the eye. This life’s dim windows of the soul, perception, seeing – distorts the heavens from pole to pole. Distorts the reality of the universe and makes it appear as ten thousand things.

So you see: the world is not what we see, it is the way we see. What we see doesn’t change. The way we see changes. And when the way we see changes, even what we see changes. And what we see really confirms the way we see. If we believe in separation, the world will appear as a multiplicity and diversity of objects. If we understand and feel the unity of being, the world which once seemed to conceal its reality will now shine with it.

I can’t resist telling my favorite Blake story, which many of you know by heart. Blake was having a conversation with exactly the same conversation with one of his friends. No, not the same because this was a die-hard materialist, and you certainly aren’t. Anyway, he was trying to explain this to one of his friends.

His friend said to him: Do you mean to say that when you see the sunrise you do not see a round disc of fire – somewhat like a Guinea (a coin).

And Blake replied: Oh, no, no, no. I see an innumerable company of the heavenly host crying ‘Glory, glory, glory is the Lord God Almighty.”




Experience Goodness

I once had a memorable moment several years ago, while teaching students aged 7 to 17 for a summer program at UC Berkeley. I’d explained on the first day that we’d be ending each day’s class with a one-minute meditation. I described meditation’s ability to instill inner peace and clarity for optimal health, well-being, and mental, emotional, and spiritual functioning. Each student could choose whichever type of meditation felt right for them at that time. These meditations could be as simple as focusing on:

  1. Something we’re grateful for;
  2.  Something we recently learned;
  3. Clearing all thoughts like imagining clearing clouds in the sky; or
  4. Awareness of breathing as slowly and deeply as possible.

Since these students were enrolled in a special summer program, I thought perhaps some of them had meditated before, yet a show of hands indicated none of the students in this class had meditated previously. My memorable moment occurred when I walked up to the school office the next day, after that first day of class, and was surprised to find one of my 17-year-old students sitting cross-legged on the ground outside the office with head in her hands, looking dejected. She gazed up at me as I approached, and asked, “What was that meditation for clearing our mind, again?” In that moment when our eyes met, I could see that she was in the midst of some heavy emotions, and not on her way to class.

As I realized I might not see her in class again, I sat down next to her, and lead a guided thought-clearing meditation. In thought-clearing meditation, we can observe whatever thoughts and feelings arise, while recognizing that those thoughts and feelings are not who we are. We can view them as if they are clouds in a blue sky, and we can imagine clearing those clouds—letting them go from our mental ‘sky.’

I was grateful to be able to take a few minutes with this young lady, and that we could experience a sense of foundational conscious awareness operating outside of time and space. I was especially grateful to be able to share this moment of practicing the art of meditation in a moment in life where inner peace can be most transformative.

Gateway to the Golden Age blessing

At this time when a recent study published in Jama Pediatrics, reports of children and teens experiencing depression and anxiety have increased over the last five years. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recently reported that emergency room visits for attempted suicide among teenage girls was up 51.6 percent in the first months of 2021, compared with 2019. These are times when we can be kinder to everyone around us of all ages, with the awareness that our ability to care about and connect with others might make all the difference for someone.

One of the most precious qualities we can develop is resilience—with awareness that no matter what may seem to be happening in any given moment, there exists awareness of intrinsic love and goodness everywhere. We can develop resilience through meditation and prayer, and making time to connect with a sense of unconditional divine love. Thanks to keeping our hearts and minds open to love and divine inspiration, we can be the change we wish to see in the world. From a peaceful, centered emotional state, we are quite likely to experience—and help create—goodness in the world.

Shambhala and Rainbow Warrior Prophecy and the 5th World

Did you know about the Shambhala prophecy, or about Rainbow Warriors helping to usher in a new Golden Age?  With some people sensing we are living in world-changing times, it seems the perfect moment to reflect on past Earth changes and interesting prophecies predicting a Golden Age, ushered in by Rainbow Warriors.
 
Some of us with high sense perception are noticing a wonderful availability of support from unseen realms.  It feels to me that angelic protection and guidance is extremely accessible now, and helpful for boosting our spirits if we feel down.

From Bodhisattva Blues to a Shambhala State of Mind

I recently felt sad about the overall vibe I’m picking up from collective consciousness of people in the world, and my inability to help everyone.  While I was focused on people suffering, and my seeming inability to do much about it, my blue mood felt to me a bit like Bodhisattva blues–a special kind of blues that empaths and intuitives may feel when longing to be in service for humanity, yet simultaneously feeling overwhelmed by tasks that seems bigger than what any one person can tackle.
 
Fortunately, I soon felt the presence of angelic guides, reminding me that ultimately, everything is all right.  And they also reminded me about Shambhala.  While some people call Shambhala fictional or mythical, the Dalai Lama acknowledges that it is a real place, although not one that is open for everyone to experience.
 
The 14th Dalai Lama had this to say about Shambala :
 
“Although those with special affiliation may actually be able to go there through their karmic connection, nevertheless it is not a physical place that we can actually find. We can only say that it is a pure land, a pure land in the human realm. And unless one has the merit and the actual karmic association, one cannot actually arrive there. “
 
I love feeling a Shambala state of mind–feeling revitalized and energized, with joy in knowing that when you know Shambala, you are already there.  I love feeling how close Shambala feels to my heart–and how it feels like home to me, so I delighted in finding a video featuring a song by Three Dog Night about the Road to Shamballa.  I love the dancing, smiling people in this video–even when a mountain road encounters a rock slide, and their bus comes to a stop.  People remember that love is here, and that we are love, and with this memory comes joy and peace–and Shambala comes to us!  I love the way this video shows people faced with roadblocks (literally), realizing that heaven is here, and we might as well feel the love and joy and dance!
 
And today, on September 29th, Michaelmas, I am feeling extra joy in recognizing this special celebration in honor of Archangel Michael and all archangels, at this time following the Autumn equinox, when days become shorter, and there is a sense of relying upon divine love, inspiration and protection when we face whatever might trouble us in any way.

Coral Reefs and Mass Extinctions

Mass Extinctions and Coral Reef GrowthMy seventh grade science report was memorable for me because our science teacher promised us that anyone courageous enough to give an oral report was guaranteed an “A” grade for the assignment. I was very shy, so I asked if it would be OK for me to pre-record an audio tape of myself reading my report (rather than actually giving the oral report in front of the class), and my instructor replied that would be fine, as long as I stood in front of the class next to the tape recorder while the audio tape was playing.  I agreed, and shared my report about coral reefs.  A key feature of my 7th grade science report was a large visual representation I had drawn, showing regular mass die-offs that have occurred on the planet Earth over many years.  I was fascinated by the way these huge changes have occurred with some degree of regularity, yet at that time back in the 1970s, most people did not much contemplate or discuss these radical changes to plant and animal life that have occurred here on Earth in the past.  I was also impressed by the fact that it looked like another cataclysmic change might be coming in the not-too-distant future, based on the regularity of these massive changes on Earth.

Hopi Prophecy of Seven Worlds

ComesTrue1In spring 2000, I published an article for Parabola magazine, “Comes True, being Hoped for: the Hopi understanding of how things change.”  In this article, I share the Hopi conceptualization of the time periods on earth we have experienced so far, and the prophecy of what we may expect in the future.  According to the Hopi legend, before any of the worlds were created, there was only the Creator, Taiowa.
 
The first world of endless space, Tokpela, was beautiful, spacious, and perfect in every way.  The people were of different colors and spoke different languages; they could understand one another easily without talking, as could they also converse with the animals without talking. After a long time of peaceful coexistence, many people became preoccupied with the differences between themselves and others, and forgot to respect their Creator and each other, and the world was destroyed by volcanic fire.  Before this first world was destroyed, the Hopi followed a cloud of vapor by day and a star by night, and were led to be assisted by the Ant people who opened their subterranean mound to keep the Hopi safe.
 
When the Earth had cooled down, people emerged from the underground safety of the Ant peoples’ Kiva, into the second world of dark midnight, Tokpa.  In the second world, the people no longer lived simply with animals, and they began to develop handcrafts homes and villages.  Trouble began in this second world when people traded in bartered for more and more goods, forgetting to sing praises to the Creator, and singing praises for their goods instead.  People who still had songs for the Creator in their hearts were once again led underground to the safety of the Ant peoples Kiva, before the twins left their magnetic positions at the north and south poles, so the Earth tilted crazily on her access, and froze into solid ice.
 
Next began the Third World, Kuskurza, which was full of big cities and amazing technologies such as flying shields made of hide which could attack and flee other cities so quickly that nobody knew who sent them.  There was so much warfare that Spider Woman saw that the thread had run out on this third world, and she put people who still had a song in their hearts safely in the sealed reed boats with water and white cornmeal, before the Earth was destroyed by floods.  The Hopi emerged from their sealed vessels to build reed rafts which they then paddled from one stepping Stone Island to the next.
 
They finally arrived at the low hot shore of this world complete, Tuwaqachi, after having migrated across the Earth to settle where they live today.  The Hopi believe we will see the signs of the emergence to the Fifth world when life forms from previous worlds spring up from the ground, the stars, and our hearts.

Cree Rainbow Warrior Prophecy

There is a prophecy called Warriors of the Rainbow, from the Cree tribe. Dr. Leilani Fuller Anderson, also known as the Cherokee Lady, remembers being told about this prophecy by her grandmother when she was very young.  In this prophecy, there was an old lady from the Cree tribe, named Eyes of Fire, who prophesied that one day, because of the white man’s greed, there will come a time when the fish would die in the streams, the birds would fall from the air, the waters would be blackened, and the trees would no longer be.  Human civilization as we know it today would all but cease to exist.
 
There will then come a time when keepers of the legends, stories, culture, rituals, and myths, and all ancient customs would be needed to restore the world to health. These keepers would be mankind‘s key to survival.  They are known as the Warriors of the Rainbow.  Peoples of all the tribes would form a new world of justice, peace, freedom, and recognition of the great spirit.  The Warriors of the rainbow would teach people how to live the way of the great spirit.  They would tell them of how the world has turned away from the great spirit, and that is why earth became sick.  Warriors of the rainbow will show people that the Great Spirit is full of love and understanding, and they will teach people how to make the Earth beautiful again.  Principles of unity, love, and understanding will be taught in all four corners of the Earth.
 
Those working to bring such revitalization must be dedicated, unwavering in their strength, and strong of heart.  They will find willing hearts and minds to join them on the road of returning Mother Earth to beauty and plenty.  This is a Cree prophecy; there are also similar prophecies from the Hopi, Zuni, and others.

Shambhala Prophecy

In Tibet and Mongolia, there is a prophecy about the kingdom of Shambala, hidden behind the distant mountainous north of the Himalaya. Shambhala is known as the ‘land of a thousand names’ and called: Shangri-La; the land of Radiant Spirits; Land of the Living Gods; Land of Wonders.  This mystical kingdom has been described in Hindu and Buddhist mythology for thousands of years.  “Shambhala” in Sanskrit translates to ‘place of calm’ or ‘place of stillness.’  Like a parallel world or dimension, this place has been described in Tibetan prophecy.
 
According to legend, the line of enlightened kings is said to be guarding the highest wisdom for a time when all spiritual values in the world outside will be lost in war and destruction. Then, according to prophecy, a great king will come out of the sanctuary to defeat the forces of evil and to establish a Golden Age.  According to the legend and prophecy, the kings of Shambala will rule for 100 years each.  There will be 32 kings in all, and as their reigns pass, conditions in the outside world deteriorate.  Men will become more warlike, and pursue power for its own sake.  An ideology of materialism will spread over the earth.  When the barbarians who follow this materialistic ideology are united under an evil king, and they think there is nothing left to conquer, the mists will lift to reveal the icy mountains of Shambala.  The barbarians will then see and attack Shambala with a huge army equipped with terrible weapons. Then the 32nd king of Shambala will lead a mighty host against the invaders. In the last great battle, the evil king and his followers will be destroyed.
 
By definition Shambala is hidden. It is thought to exist somewhere between the Gobi desert in the Himalayas, where it is protected by a psychic barrier, so that no one can find the kingdom who is not meant to.  Tibetans believe that the land is guarded by beings with superhuman powers.  Tibetan llamas spend a great deal of their lives in spiritual development before attempting a journey to Shambala.  Those who try to get there who are not wanted are swallowed by crevasses, or caught in avalanches.  People and animals tremble at its borders as if bombarded by invisible rays.  There are guide books to Shambala, but they describe the location in terms so vague that only those already initiated into the teachings of the Kalacakra can understand them. Strange sightings in the area where Shambala is thought to be seen provide evidence of its existence.

Creating Positive Future with the Mandela Effect

At this time of great changes on earth, and awareness of long extinct Lazarus plants and animals returning, we gain a sense that we may now be living through the long prophesied time of transformation and change, and dawning of the golden age. if we seek some kind of mechanism by which extinct animals can be alive again, we come face-to-face with what is now known as the Mandela effect. The Mandela affect itself gets its name from people noticing that nelson Mandela was alive again, after many of us remember that he had previously died while incarcerated.  There is a connection between the symbolism of the rainbow, and the rainbow warriors, and I kind of hope we can feel when we see something as miraculous as the return of long extinct plants and animals. We are indeed seeing that now, with many previously extinct creatures back as if they had never been gone. we need not credit their return within a cleverness of humans, but instead we can feel a sense of awe and reverence for God… for the Creator.  By sharing our experiences with noticing and observing the Mandela effect, we can be part of ushering in a Golden Age.  We can see signs in new blue plants and animals (the color blue corresponding to the 5th chakra, and thus the Fifth world); and in rainbows that we see more often in the sky, in trees, and in plants and animals.
 
It is understandable in these times of transformation and change, that sometimes we will feel sad, frightened, or angry; these emotions are perfectly understandable.  Any time we notice ourselves getting stuck in any of these heavy emotions, we can remember to feel a sense of awe, thanks, and reverence to God, the creator. This is perhaps the greatest task offered to us, if we wish to except it. The task is simply to stand up for what we know to be right, and good, and true. The task is to remember to the very core of our being what we most love and cherish. The task is to be in highest service each day to the best of our ability. each of us has the ability to feel and no higher truth, through soft eyes, loving heart, and clear mind. each of us has the ability to walk in peace, love, and grace through all events and circumstance. each of us has the ability to help someone close to us.
 
In all these little ways, we have the ability to be part of the prophecy of Shambhala and the rainbow Warriors at the dawning of this Golden Age of the Fifth World.

You are amazing. You are the creation of yourself. You are that which creates. You are the choice to experience existence – beingness. The only limit to what you can be is your self-belief and your imagination. To be born into this reality is to enter a wonderful, shared illusion that grants you complete free-will in the creation of your own personal reality; this is your creatorship. Within the illusion we believe that we are looking at a separate, objective world where we experience self and other; beneath this apparent separation we are unified; we are one.

Reality is a mirror of your being. You are creation exploring itself in a space-time mirror. Through what you choose to believe you create your reality. You change your reality by changing your beliefs about both it and yourself. The eyes with which you look actually shape what you see (this is now shown in quantum physics). Perception is not passive; it is an act of creation. Your choice of perception forms not only how you experience yourself, but your entire reality. Awakening to your creatorship leads your experience of reality to become more fluid and direct. This is to enter conscious creatorship where what you desire is quickly manifest.

The key to conscious creatorship is the allowance of change; the birthing of the unknown into the known. The basis of allowance is acceptance. To change your reality you must first accept it. As long as you reject what you do not like about your reality you are in denial of your creatorship, leaving you feeling stuck. To accept that you are choosing your reality, release attachment to any preconception of how life should be and instead love what is. This comes through the taking of complete responsibility for every element of your reality. This is to love your choice. It is to love yourself. You are the choice of yourself.

Hello, this is Cynthia Sue Larson with realityshifters.com. And today, I’d like to talk with you about 10 ways that you can use to shift reality. This has become a big, hot topic just recently. And I’ve been studying reality shifts, as a lot of you know, since the 1990s I’ve been writing about. I wrote the book, “Reality Shifts.” I have a free newsletter every month, still publishing that: Reality, Shifters. It contains lots of tips and ideas and pointers and videos and news and lots of good things.

Let’s get started. Here are 10 things you can do to help make sure that you’re experiencing reality shifts:

1. Pay attention.

My premise is that we’re all shifting reality, but most of us don’t notice it’s happening. It can go undiscerned. So the first step has to do with that. It’s pay attention. What am I talking about? Well anything you look for and pay attention to, you’re likely to see more of. So you want to look to pay attention to see if anything today has appeared, disappeared, transformed, transported or there’s been a change in time to indicate that you’re literally, perhaps some might say, in another world. It sure feels like that to me sometimes. And some of us experience things where it literally is obviously true. So that’s the first step. Start paying attention and be uncritical in the sense that any small change is good because truthfully there’s no difference between a teeny, tiny, little change and everything changing. So, that’s where you start.

2. Be grateful

Step number two. You want to really start appreciating, and what do I mean by that? You want to be grateful for all those little shifts that you are noticing. You want to be grateful for anything good at all that that you’re able to have something to do with what’s going well in your life, even if all you’re doing is just watching an educational video. That’s great! So appreciate that in yourself and be appreciative of others as well. It’s a way to bring more reverence into the world, which is always a good thing

3. Review scientific studies pertaining to the nature of reality

Number three. You want to be able to review scientific studies. What’s that about? Why do you need it? You don’t need it if you’re already there. What I mean by already, there is if you don’t need to calm down that analytical, rational mind that most of us have been trained within the western world and if you already feel like I’m good, I don’t need that. Fine – proceed no further. But if you do need that, that’s when you want to check out things that I’ve written, such as lots of articles that are free on my website, realityshifters.com, there’s a whole article section. And there’s the newsletter. Feel free to partake of that as much as possible, because that’s going to help. What you can start learning with the scientific studies recently, just in the last couple of years.

For example, we’re noticing there may be no such thing as objective reality, because, as I frequently talked about in recent videos, that classic experiment that took place just a few years ago, the results were published in 2019. It had to do with the work at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, and also Vienna, Austria. The lead researcher on the team was Caslav Brukner. And basically, they found that two observational devices watching what’s known as that double slit experiment, were able to observe two different things at the same place, same time. Is one of them wrong? No! They’re both accurate; they’re, both correct.

How can this be? Well, it means that we can experience other realities – that “many worlds” is quite literally true. This affects all of our underlying assumptions about classical reality, obviously.

4. Review your assumptions

Step four. You want to start reviewing your assumptions. When you look at what i just mentioned about the assumptions about classical reality, what are those? Things like, it matters all that matters. We know that’s not true. We know that at the quantum scale, the wave function is equally important and in fact, can often contain all the information you need about a given system. If you look at psychology, then it’s not just observables that matter. The things that we tend to live and die for, that we care the most about, are passions, love, and feelings that can never be measured in any way that would satisfy an analytical, classical observer.

Even the identity of who is the observer is totally not as pinned down as a lot of western analytical, classical scientists would have us believe. So, revising the assumptions is excellent. And I get into that in my book, “Reality Shifts,” a lot. And I talk about it all the time on these videos

5. Energize yourself

Step five, you want to energize yourself. How do you do that? This is the important part about taking care of yourself. It’s your mind. It’s your body! It’s your spirit! You need to make sure you eat good food, and good supplements if you’re not eating the right food or you can’t for some reason. Make sure you get enough rest and sleep. Make sure you exercise in a way that works for you. All of these things are very individual to you. So hardly ever is there a one-size-fits-all about these things. And then, of course, energizing yourself includes meditation, Qigong. If you do a martial art that has an internal component, make sure you do the breathing and the movements that go with them.

6. Reverse negative self-talk

Step six, you want to reverse negative self-talk, and i get into this in my book, “Reality Shifts,” where I talk about how often we collapse the wave function, if you will. We basically select realities based on what we’re obsessed with. Sometimes, unfortunately, what we’re obsessed with is what we’re afraid of. So that’s how you can often see people bring exactly what they most fear into their lives, usually quite inadvertently. And it’s most unfortunate when it happens. But we don’t want to be doing that. How do you just stop yourself from doing that? Like I said, you can’t actually reverse that negative self-talk.

There’s an idea in mathematics, you may have seen it: constructive interference. It’s like building a mountain. So you’re, building, building, building something up. You feel it when you’re surrounded by friends who are all in favor of whatever it is you’d like to reality shift and experience. That’s your inner circle of supportive friends that are totally behind you no matter what.

You can also feel the absence of that or the collapse of that – where you’ve got destructive interference. That’s like the mountain is caving in right in the center. That would be where somebody has popped your bubble. They’re basically saying wet blanket, negative things about your dreams, putting it down, putting you down somehow. Or just saying that sort of thing is impossible. So that’s what I mean.

What can you do about it? You can create very targeted, specific affirmations by reversing the exact sort of negative ideas as if it’s some sort of a virus. You’re creating antibodies that then fight that virus because these are thought constructs they have a life of their own sometimes. So you want to actively target the ones that need help. If you can’t think of what they are go, ahead and just keep asking: how good can I get? How good can my life get? That’s going to be very positive and eventually, you’ll get to the same place.

7. Feel non-locally connected

Number seven. This is where you want to feel non-locally connected. How do you do that? Well, connecting with me through this video is fantastic. You’re doing it right here because I can feel that you’re there. I know, maybe you feel like you’re alone. Maybe you feel like people don’t believe in this, but I do. I’ve been studying it for over 20 years now.

I look into physics, current physics experiments, to see what kind of evidence we have to support what I’m already experiencing pretty much every day to show what is going on here. So that non-locally interconnected feeling is very powerful. You can also feel it if you believe in angels and you feel like I’ve got support. I can feel it. Yes, you do, absolutely you do. We’re all born with that support, and you have it right now. So feeling that community, finding community – the internet is wonderful for that possibility. It can give you that.

8. Visualize what you desire

And number eight, visualize what you desire. If you’re going to visualize what you’re desiring, hopefully, at this point, you’ve cleaned out the negative interference. And you’re focusing totally on what you most wish to have happen. I like to leave it open for nature to participate, for you to participate. I might not have thought of everything you’re thinking of. So, why do I ask how good can it get instead of being very specific all the time, because I know that I’m not alone. I know that you’re working with me and that’s something. That’s amazing when we notice a Mandela effect and we see changes to huge amounts of people, like eight billion people around the world, noticing physiological changes that in some ways are improvements to our physical body that have never been there before. So, it’s very powerful.

9. Let go

Number nine. So now we’re getting in the home stretch. There is going to be ten of these, so number nine is really: letting go. You might think, but you just told me to focus. Yes, I did. You do that for just a moment. You hold it with a beautiful love, maybe seven seconds, 20 seconds, maybe a couple of minutes. But you don’t want to grab onto it and hang on to it because you want to allow. It’s like planting a seed. You want it to grow. You want it to come to you, you want yourself to come to it. You want to leave that degree of freedom open. So you can drift into a meditative state, get into that drifty state of mind where you can suddenly realize that reality was right next to me, and now I’m in it. I’m here and it happens very quickly. But in order for it to happen quickly, you’ve got to let go. It’s just like when sometimes people say make a wish and then blow the candles. It’s you just let it go. You don’t hang on to that wish. That exhalation is very much a key to that whole process.

10. Choose your attitude

And number ten, choose your attitude. I recommend going for the highest level of vibrational attitude you can access.

So if today it’s just feeling like things are okay.k Good. That’s a good start. If you can feel like things are okay, but I have got this feeling like they’re getting better, I feel like I’ve got connections, I feel a sense of love, that’s fantastic! And if you feel grateful for things that are going well for you or people that you love, let people know, let the world know – really share that joy, that gratitude. And if you can get to, for me, the highest state is reverence and awe, where I’m just feeling like there’s so much love, so much amazing possibility here, just in nature, and we’re all part of it And I’m so excited to be able to share that – in my work with you, in my life, then that’s phenomenal.

So wherever you are, just own it. So kind of go to where you naturally are, whatever that level is, you can have an eye looking up like okay, I’d love to get to joy. Wouldn’t that be great? Yes, it is great. So I just kind of recognize, I’m asking for it every day, I’m asking how good can it get? And even if it seems like it’s just an okay day or even worse than that, just ask it anyway? How good can it get?
